Just want to share this bad boy I caught yesterday (Oct. 4th) while fishing from my Kayak at Petrie Island. Mu lure of choice was the Reed-Runner, once again.....These guys have been hitting it all year!
26.5 Inches

Very nice fish. But man do they lack colour eh?!
I could almost see how the 'blue walleye' argument could start up again.....

Great report and pics.
I guess this answers the question about the size of the 'eyes in the Ottawa River quite nicely.
Those are some imperssive 'eyes there. Well done!!!
