I joined this sight last week and to be honest I can't believe the great bunch of guys who frequent this sight.I have fished many years with nighttroller and peng and want to thank everyone for the great info provided.

Hello RonH,

Welcome to Hawk Talk. I can never say enough about the people who frequent this site and provide so much entertainment and experience. I know it is making us all better anglers....and good friends to boot. There is so much that goes on both in here....and outside of here that it's difficult to keep up at times. I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps meeting someday to wet a line.

I agreed with Rohn, I've frequent/lurked on this board quite often...if only I lived closer to Ottawa. I was up in the capital for a week the past year, and the fellas here were more than happy to give me some tips on some impromptu shore fishing spots.

Keep up the great posts hawkers! I think next year, I'm signing up for your BOQ fishing adventure weekend

You guys are a great gang, and I'm sure a hoot to fish with.

Welcome to the board. I lived in Montreal untill 1996 and I fished there for the first time this summer, go figure. I fished Lake St-Louis at Lery. Had a great time.
