Mann's + 20 Where??

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Mann's lures

Post by Dances With Fishes »

Hey Wallyandre, I have okay news :? and bad news  . The okay news is that I found a place in this part of Canada that sells the Mann's stuff. Bad new is that the store is up in tweed and the fellow has a limited supply of stuff :x . I ended up ordering about half a dozen lures (baby minus 1 and 4's) out of the states because I couldn't find any dealers let alone selection in Canada. Bad news is this is not on the way to Montreal. If you are interested I can look up the address of the guy in tweed. if you do find a store by some stroke of luck please post the location. The Mann's stuff is nice quality and I can't figure out why it is not readiliy available in Canada.

Tweed actually isnt far from the Hwy 401 (20 minutes tops) south of Belleville, which ison the way to Picton (depending on your route.

Anyways, long story short, it would mean about a 20 minute eachway detour to Tweed, which apparently has good muckie fishery on Stoco Lake.

Tweed

Actually Tweed is north of Belleville just off of Highway 7 and about forty minutes each way from the 401.

You might want to try the muski fishing in Stoco Lake if you get up there Andre. Why waste the trip.

I know you can order off the Mann's website also although I did not see the Dr. Death lure everyone talks about. What color is the Dr. Death lure?
