Quinte, Quinte, Quinte..All aboooooard!!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hi guys....I'm the new guy.

I was just wondering if there's still room at Blakewood for the weekend?
I've usually go there in the spring and know Wendy and Ron.

I would love to join you guys if I can free up my schedule and if there's still room.

Well good news for the Bay of Quinte trippers... :D

Sept 26 2004 - 11lb Bay of Quinte walleye...
Image

Let the fall fishing games begin!

Hit the gap near Bath on the Bay of Quinte - North Channel today and a few of the big eyes are starting to come in from Lake Ontario.
Was out for three and half hours today and managed 2 nice eyes...
11lb 31" eye that managed to make three 160 foot runs before I could get her to the boat. Also a 28" eye that also put up a good fight. Both eyes came off of inline planer boards 100+ feet out from the boat on a Manns' +20 (Dr Death) and a Wally Diver Clown.

I will post a full review in the Great Lakes section... :D :D

Taken a look. Don't know how hard this will be to find in the dark. I guess I'll keep driving till I hit water, then I'm there?

MT..Use the lights on the front of your Van..they should help you find it in the dark!
Directions seem pretty straight forward to me!

Thanks for the map eye-tracker... i think we got to know those back roads really well... oh and watch out for the deer although i'm sure the one big-o and i saw has run out of lives by now.

It looks like it will be a long run to the ferry area and even the gap..

Eye-tracker, ken, superdad any suggestions on areas to concentrate on without having to do the long run ?
