We have room for 1, and/or a 12 ft-er with 7.5 hp you can borrow if you'd rather.

CC and I want to target species we don't normally get a crack at. That rules out bass, perch, pike and walleye. We don't know the water there and not sure what other kinds there are to choose from. I'm guessing channel cats. Any suggestions and tips on where and how to get them?

More on the Launch.

I was there this weekend and the roadworks are still there. Go straight through the lights and turn right on Bell, opposite Pizza Pizza, 2 streets up and turn right again onto Ottawa, follow this all the way to the launch. Hope this helps.

From prvious posts people are arriving at different times, I hope to be there early, Is there a meet time and location???

I'll be taking four kids with me ranging from 6 to 12. We'll be getting there around 12:00 and fishing for a few hours before going back to BBQ area etc for turkey and fries and other fixins.

Hmmm I think a frisbee and croquet may be in order...sand pales and shovels for kids.
