its gonna be a long one... -30's up here in the ottawa valley..... might have to use my clam 2000 with TWO 3800btu little buddy heaters.

Man 10-14 cm of snow between tonight and tomorrow night..then cold!!!
AWSOME!!! The sleds trails will be wicked!!!!

Not to mention this snap will really help solidify the Rideau river!

even here in the south. we are at 0 celcius now will be a howler t-nite with very frigid temps.double the snow average and todays winds up to 50 kilometers north. . and yet i saw a flock of robins yesterday. boy did they stand out.

According to the weather guy we"re looking at -10 this Sat with snow. Temps are supposed to go back up after the 4 clippers blow through.

It wasn't to long ago we were shoveling off the boat ramp in late November to get out Muskie fishing .....

i guess you guys are right...

im not woried about beeing cold...

iv got a hydro skidoosuit ... AWESOME BOOTS....

we are going ot fish without a shanty...

what im woried about are my fish mates crying about the cold and leaving early! :shock:

cant wait to see the reports this week end....

even the reports for the next 2-3 days...

anybody harcore enough?????????????

It's not so much the cold but the hole and equipment freezing up all the time. That and frozen fingertips when you have to bait and change tackle.
