BoQ Saturday 27 Sept

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

So what is the departure time Sat. morning? I would like to meet up and head down together. I figure I am picking Eric up around 4am give or take and then I have to go to Almonte to pick up the boat. We could meet at the Tims there. Let me know.

Don, I'm picking up my fishing partner in Brockville at 6:00am.
On my way there I will pick Andy up in CP, I'm giving him a ride to meet up with Dave.
My A Plan - Launch at Collins Bay if wind is OK.
My B Plan - Launch at Glenora.

You are welcome to meet up with us at the Walmart in Brockville at 6:00am if that works for you.
Let me know so that we don't wait around if you're not coming.

I haven't heard if Sheldon is still on for Sat.
I have a location plan for where I'll be fishing, we can swap notes on Sat.
Monitor Ch 69 as usual, and you have my cell number.

I'm still watching the weather, it doesn't look promising, but they have been known to get it wrong before.

Spent some time hunting these down this week out on Lake O...
Looks like the guiding season is setting up nice for this fall as I have them worked out and produced a few trophies over the 10 pound mark in few hours of fishing.

Not sure if I will make it out on Saturday early as all the bites have been late afternoon. I may hook up with Badger Shark and do a mid day launch on Saturday.

Good luck this weekend.

Thats what I want to see! Daddy want!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just give me a shout Sheldon and we can work it out. If you want to get out in the Pm we can always meet you as we are planning on getting there fairly early. Call me and we will work out the details.

I replied to your PM.

Nice fish by the way. What was the estimate on the weight?

A great day was had by all I think.
All the boats caught fish, I lucked into some really nice smallies, see Bay of XXX report, and was happy with my single eye, first for this year.
A little over 5lb.

My partner for the day also caught a 10 Drum.

Glad to see you were able to find Ol'Marble Eyes, Terry - and the water background tells me the Weather Gods were kind. Well done.

Actually the weather was very rainy, misty, foggy etc.... At least the wind was not harsh.

Terry and Andy, you guys should have come out where we were, first 4 eyes in 45min, 5 eyes in the boat, 4 eyes came off near the boat, Eric also got a sheepie and I got a huge smallie that was very arobatic.

Sheldon topped off the Eye catching with a nice fat 10lb 3oz beauty.

I am going to do a report and post pics so check it out.
