Taylor,
There is a difference between an opinion and a comment. An opinion will express how you FEEL about a topic, a comment will express your VIEWS on a subject. A subject would be a lifestyle. A lifestyle would be what everyone on here shares.
There is no point for you to come on here to comment on peoples lifestyles.
As you can see, they will be on you quick and you will not be welcome on THEIR board, not YOUR board.
I am also relatively new to this site, but there has to be a certain level of respect brought forth, something you have yet to figure out.
Your OPINIONS are more than welcome here, but keep your COMMENTS to yourself. No one wants to waste any more time reading comments than they already have.
I have 3 boats, 1 decent boat and 2 crap boats as you call them. they are 14' aluminums which get me on 70% of the lakes my big boat can not go.
Mike
How can ice fishing be better then boat fishing?
Thanks for the comments regarding your opinion.
Wallyboss, I have 2 boats. 1 good one and 1 crap one.
Justin, is posting reports manditory? I did try to participate with reports last winter, but after posting my first one I recieved a bunch of negative PM's from the Petrie Island Sunfish Association. So I pass on sharing reports now.

Taylor,
Posting reports is certainly not mandatory, but it is most definitely encouraged. Without reports and pics, this board would surely fall by the wayside...
I'm sure you're a good guy at heart, but the tone, the criticism and the condescending remarks of the majority of your posts leaves little to be desired. Take this thread for instance....perhaps some better choice of words would of added to the thread, and not taken away.
I only make mention of reports, because, if you at least took the time to share your fishing adventures with us, instead of creating friction in your posts, this board would be a much better place.
In my mind, there's NO reason why everyone that inhabits our little "world" here can't contribute fishing reports. It's easy, it's fun and it adds so much to the enjoyment of being here.
I seem to remember your ice fishing reports from last season. If I remember correctly, the gist of the wording was...."the crappie bite is hot at Petrie!!!" Sure, it might of been...but I fished and a bunch others fished it at the same time period, and it was far from hot. Sadly, that post just brought every Tom, Dick and Harry out of hiding, and crammed them on a piece of ice smaller than a football field.
Some times the best report, is an annonymous report...
Anyways, back to work I go. I don't want to hijack this thread any more than need be...
Ice or open?? Who cares - as long as we're fishing and enjoying what we're doing!
Good Fishing,
Justin
