Pictures of the Bay of Quinte Weekend

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Pictures of the Bay of Quinte Weekend

Post by HitmanHill »

I finally got the pictures downloaded and hopefully I can get them posted on this post. Unfortunately bts (Brian) was fishing in his own boat and I didn't get any pictures of the nice fish he caught but here are some of the pictures of Tenline (kevin) and myself spending the weekend in the new ride and how sweet it was to be on the water again! :D

Here is a picture of our campsite we set up on Friday afternoon and got prepared for the big opening weekend.
Image

and then it was down to the water to get the boats in

Saturday morning we are up bright and early and off we go in search of the big walleye, I don't even get my line set up and Tenline has the first walleye of the day less then a minute after we are out there
Image

and then after catching what seemed like ahundred little perch I hook into a nice pike but loose him at the boat. Tenline then catches another just before lunch
Image
and we head in for a bite to eat.

We get back out in the afternoon and I finally catch my first fish for the new ride and it is now officially christianed
Image.
We finish the day as the sun is setting and I have to say that was one great day to be on the water.
Image.

We finish on Sunday packing up and heading for home around 7:00pm. and as posted in bts's comments in Wallyboss's post the weekend is completed. What a great weekend it was! :D :D

HitmanHill,

Fantastic opener and great story. Thanks for sharing.

For your pics, you did everything right, except you used [URL] tag intead of [img]tag.%20%20I%20just%20replaced%20them%20for%20you.%20%20Just%20remember%20when%20you%20copy%20the%20link%20from%20photobucket%20or%20where%20ever,%20you%20need%20[IMG]%20in%20front%20and[/img] at the end. then it will work for you.

Thanks all who posted to help out. I've cleaned it up a big so that there's only 1 story.

Cheers,

Great post George.
Glad to see you Christened the NEW RIDE not the new Bride.
May you and Kevin have many more great days on the water when AgCan will let you get away.
Nice ride too.

I'm glad someone caught some walleyes.

Looks like the old reliable spots paid off last weekend.

Great looking Pix and nice ride.

Thanks Bobber for doing that and for the suggestion on how to post the pictures correctly. Now that is what I wanted to do but the ole brain just can't seem to figure these modern technologies out. :?

Thanks for the report. That is a fine looking ride you have there. Glad to see the walleye like it as well.
