What is Float talkin about?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

What is Float talkin about?

Post by Fishhawk »

At the Baitcasters Pike/Pickerel derby I saw Floatfishing and Bobber having a chat - always a pretty animated event.

I didn't even know what they were talking about and was out of earshot, but clearly Float was getting warmed up for one of his fishing stories.
If you have been following Hawk Talk for the last couple of months you can probably think of a story that Float was a part of.

I decided to take a bunch of pics as Float began his oration. They came out like this...

Ohhhh, this gave me such a laugh... and I really wanted to drag out the old pic of Float ("PeeWee") with that crazy, crappy, rusty bicycle he dragged out of the creek, and make some kind of funny blurb about, "LOOK, NO HANDS"! ... but I'm still Gallery Impaired.

Anyway, it just goes to show that you don't need to know what the hell Float's talking about to get a laugh.

(I guess I would like to know, though; there's so many hand gestures... )

Bucket, thx for yet another good chuckle! Too funny!

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

I think I'll let it go a bit more. Anyone have any idea whatsoever? Give ya a hint....

It had to do with a recent trip that float took.
