pulling a boat and rv(trailer) same time

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

allan c,

I believe that you are allowed to be up to 72 feet in total lenght.

you will want to double check this but I think you are ok

Allan, your question is very timely. A few of us were discussing this at the Charleston get away.

Sorry, I don't have the answer, but am very curious to hear the outcome.

From the Ministry site

It is against the law to tow more than one trailer behind your vehicle unless using a commercial vehicle. You cannot carry people in a house or boat trailer.

Total Lenght 75 feet, total length of all vehicles
Has to be commercial vehicle.

Driver must have class A license for a trailer attached to another trailer.

Hope this helps.

if i understand right i need a tractor trailer licence to be able to do it and a commercial vehicle also,I have neither BUT at the end of june we took a trip up north(northern quebec) with the trailer and boat behind everything went very well. i lost count of the number of 5er's and travel trailers that we saw with boats being pulled behind.i was looking forward to some salmon fishing on lake "O" in august and walleye this fall in BOQ with my equipment,my boat's pretty well fixed up to my liking OH WELL!!! thanks guys for the info, allan
