4th Annual MsBassin
Re: 4th Annual MsBassin
In all seriousness, There are quite a few spots left available this year and this charity tournament is a good time all around.
If you don't already have plans, come on out and support a great cause.
The smack talk going on here for the most part is in good humour. If you think this is bad, you should see some of the texts I have been getting!!!!
We all get along and I look forward to fishing against all of the competitors out there.
Good luck to all who have already signed up and to any others who will between now and launch time.

Whether it be for MS or any other worth while cause, It's always a good thing do give.
When you can do so while doing something you enjoy, it makes it all that much more gratifying.
The MS tournament is on our yearly tournament list. It's very well organized and the volunteers do a fantastic job.

I hope it is ok that I moved this topic to main forum and stickied it to give this event maximum exposure. If you would prefer to leave it in the Tournament forum, let me know and I will put it back.

Thanks for the move Craig, as of today we have 16 spots left. But we should have less by Sunday night. Let's fill the field before the event, should be a great time as usual.

While on the throne, sipping my morning coffee lurking Fish-Hawk on my mobile device, I couldn’t help but think about you guys.lape0019 wrote:In all seriousness
Pondering, I thought I’d ask….Do you guys feel any additional pressure to come out guns blazing by days end, considering it’s your home waters and you fish the Rideau almost weekly?
Just saying!
With that being said, Shawn is now a healthy scratch competition wise.....Dude's got so many thoughts running through his head in regards to boats right now, they will definitely throw him off his game!
If fishin ain't your mission, then you can kiss my Bass!

What an odd place to think of dudes fishing...
Honestly, I don't get too worked up about it. I have personal goals that I would like to achieve. If I could beat 49 other teams and win, it would be great but I am a bit more realistic than that. As long as we have a good showing and my partner can catch more than 1 fish this year, I will be happy.
I think Rick gets more worked up on the phsycoligical side than me. I was full of nerves until blast off last year and he was fine. But as soon as I dropped the hammer on the throttle, I felt great and he was a nervous wreck. I guess that really got to him.

I'm going to buy bananas and throw them in all your boats while we wait for blast off...TheMaverick wrote:I’ll be mauling on the weakest link from now on…lo0ollape0019 wrote: As long as we have a good showing and my partner can catch more than 1 fish this year, I will be happy.

38 teams and counting, I will be at Ed's Thursday night if anyone has a registration to submit. At this rate we should be full come Saturday morning. I'm going through the prize list, and it's looking great. The silent auction also has some awesome items( Sens box, Goldwing Tinting, Allards Carstar detailing, and many more) I will try to post a full list Friday night.
Cheers,
Matt

Matt: I keep forgetting to give you a prize for the tournament when you're in. Jog my memory Thursday if I don't remember on my own.
Also, I should have a Talon ready for you on Thursday if I get my new one on before that.

No prefish.. AGAIN
Can I bribe anyone? Open seat?
Or maybe I'll just follow the z118 around, they drive a Ranger so they MUST know what they're doing.
