Four of us hit the BoQ today and spent the day trolling for walleye in the Adolphus reach. We had a great day.... I have not fished for Walleye much and I have only managed to catch them in the in the one or two pound range; I was gobsmacked at the size of the fish we were catching today. We were even lucky enough to successfully turn a triple play.
We limited out for 'eyes greater that 25" and could not get enough under 25 to limit out. The total count was:
- 9 walleye over 25 (5 had to be released)
- 3 walleye under 25
- 1 Drum
Best fish of the day was 10.5 lbs; My best was 8.5lbs; Someone in one of the other boats out day reported a 14 pounder.

Sounds like you had an awesome day out on Quinte, 12 walleye. Great job!! Is that Scott's boat? If so awesome fishing machine!!
I am hoping the weather doesn't get any colder I am hoping to try my luck again next weekend.

Good shootin' Zippy!!! Lotsa meat to enjoy and some good bigger fish for braggin' rights. Quinte has been pretty solid this year.
