I'm on my way up to Eleanor lake this weekend has anyone had any luck yet.
I use to love going there a lot but my buddy was a bit to old to continue going there on feet so now we have each a ATV to drag are butts there.
Any inform on trial and condition of ice would help.

Hey Iceman,
Haven't been to Eleanor lake ,however just a heads up regarding accessing by ATV. it has been pretty tough sledding unless someone else has been keeping the trail open. We have had a couple of rough trips into a couple of remote lakes even with chains on. Some places you will bottom right out unable to get traction and the snow is up to your ying yang.
Good luck ,
