A different White Lake

Trying to book a cottage for the summer trip and am interested in knowing if anyone knows anything about the other White Lake (I think there are a lot). This one is just NW of Frontenac PP, b/t Rts. 8 and 38. Any knowledge out there?

IF it's the one I think your are asking about ...... off hiway 7 :?: :?:

I think it's a closed lake, there is/was a hatchery there.

Have walked in to tour the facility, man there are some HUGE
Bass in there......

land "o" lakes area is a great destination

White lake between the 38 and 8 is not closed and has a decent bass and pike fishing. It is also stocked with splake, but don't have too big expectations for it. If you don't like fishing at your cottage Bobs Lake and Sharbot Lake are only 15 minutes drive.
