Whats your PB while ice fishing!!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Heres my list, Haven't really been doing it for that long... I mean went with my dad when I was a kid often but I really didn't know what I was doing. But the past 2-3yrs with buddies we've been hardcore Ice dogs!!

Northern Pike :18lbs

Walleye : Id say little over 3lbs

Lake Trout : 10lbs

Smallmouth Bass : 4.5lbs

Crappie : 13.25inches

Perch : 14inch

I wanna beat that walleye this year, been in a bit of a slump for ice eyes, maybe its because I don't fish at night who knows!!

Hello All,

The PB I am most proud of through the ice is the 14.25" crappie I got two seasons ago. Since my girlfriend at the time was more photogenic than I, all of the photos show her holding it. :?

Looking to break the 15" mark this season...

Good Fishing,

24/7

We had some cold days before all that snow....I would think by now 3 inches of ice....by Friday it will still be 3 inches ...but good enough for me

But I will let you know before Saturday for sure if all is o.k.

Yep only one fishing rod till Dec 21.

My pb was a pike when i was about 9 or 10. For me it was HUGE! :D
It was the hole length of my arms spread out. I guess it was between 8 and 10 pounds. Was disapointed when i came home with it and that my mom had forgot to bring the camera :( (was at grandparents on lake nosbonsing).

I've also had some HUGE fish on the lines but they always snap.

I can't use a tip up any more, cant bear to after losing a huge walleye on dacron line, everything I use now has a drag on it
