Hook sharpening

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I have found that most of the high-end hooks on the market today can not be sharped properly by hand. I just replace my hooks on a regular basis...It may be a bit crazy and expensive, but nothing is as sharp as a new hook.

Sheldon, if I caught as many fish as you, I'd have to replace them also.

However, I do fish reg. with MrJ. How can I put this? MrJ is evil, he's a voodoo child, anti Kpin, zero catchage fishoramo ratio, skunking machine.

Hell, I've taken so many pics of him on outings, he prob thinks he's America's next top model!

Thanks Trouthunter for taking the time to explain, appreciate it man.
