Santa and Trout Report. (pics)

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hey Moosebunk,
Love your reports and you definitely had laker luck that day. I think your brown is actually an Atlantic salmon. They have hockey stick upper jaw and it doesn't go past the eye. NY and ON stock Atlantics and I used to see them every now and then doing creel survey at Pickering Nuke.
Great pics.

Moose: In my short 25 years of fishing I have always found that in your own neck o the woods you may know all the spots but it takes guys like you who never fish around here to come in and show us up...Again I am not being rude by saying you suck just very jelous of you...Maybe I will head up to your neck o the woods and you can show me your spots and I could catch some good fish....I keep having to go back to those pics to believe that day you had. Teach me oh wise fishing man!!!! LOL

Lakers ehhh? Are those regular spinning reels and rods that you were using? I'm guessing that you were flatlining it? And that magic homemade lure?..some small inline spinner?
