Reel Question XR7

Hey guys and gals.

I found a Quantum XR7 fishing reel in a reduced bin at CT. It looked new and takes a whole lot of 25lb test. It is a spin casting reel has a front drag system. Aside from that information I know very little about it and I can not find any stats on the web.

Does anyone have one of these reels? Any feedback would be appreciated. Was the 30 bucks worth it? I do not have any other reels that take line of that strength.

The only thing i could find was an old ebay item that showed the following picture.

Sounds like a basic spinning reel to me.

I saw some pointers to the add but did not find much info either. I guess it was not one of quantum's better selling models.
