jiffy ice auger

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

jiffy ice auger

Post by Brad »

Well Hi boys & girls , I went out and got my self a jiffy gas powerd ice auger :?
I was going to use my brothers chainsaw but I guess its lost now
I like to move around alot and Iam not real keen on hand bombing it all day
there 100.00 off the reg price till friday
hopefuly I won`t have to buy another in my life time
so I talked my self in to it
If any of you good old boys want to take me ice fishing I got the auger you got ??
I think Ill go out to the garage and see if I can get it started ,maybe drill a hole in my fish pond to see if it works  lol

You'll really appreciate it,when the ice gets over 24 inches thick.

Mandatory for run & gun fishing.

Welcome to the Jiffy club

Hey Brad,
The only thing to make having a new jiffy better is getting yourself the extension. Many years in Ottawa we get 3 feet of ice and even finishing off the drilling procedure on your knees sometimes you still might not get through.
This is just a thought!
I don't know where Straffordville is or how much ice you get by the end of the season. :?
Well and truly hooked!

Your timing is perfect Iceman, just had this discussion at the shack last night. Are the extensions available locally? Or are they a special order, any idea?
