Got to find carp open water.
FFF 2015 - hope I can find open water
Re: FFF 2015 - hope I can find open water
Yikes! That's a tall order!
The only place I could think of in the warm outflow of the Pickering nuclear plant in TO.

Also depends on where I will be for New Year's day. Ontario or Québec. Sure to get some crazy comments from relatives asking where I am or gone too. LOL
Wife already think I'm nuts participating in this FFF, and she loves carp fishing.
Already enquiring as potential waters that won't be frozen and that I could fish from shore.

Re: FFF 2015 - hope I can find open water
Thanks. Nice read.
Will be in Sherbrooke for new year. The rivers may be too dangerous and I haven't fished them to know the possible holding spot (an ice auger and depth finder would help), the downtown lake doesn't allow ice fishing, and the Howard pond in the residential part of town told me not to try.
Therefore, my goose is cooked for the FFF 2015.
