Quebec non-resident permit -- fees and where to get it?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Right picture... wrong spot on the map. It is just on the south side of Brennan's Hill.

It is either just before Chemain du Lac Bernard... or the next street... I never noticed what one it is...

I know next to nothing in French unfortunately. Is it the "Marche Supreme" on the corner of 105 & Ch. MacDonald?

The only place at the Lac Bernard intersection looks closed down / abandoned (as per Google Streetview).

SWEET. I'll time it out to be there for 7am. You just made me gain about 1.25hrs of extra fishing time! :)

Any idea what time they're open on weekdays? Or if the name comes to you - I'll look 'em up and call them directly.
Thanks!
If this is the same place I am thinking of on the left hand side just past the Caisse Pop. - he hasn't sold licenses for a few years, and actually last time I was up that way (about a month ago) - looks like he is closed down (or in the process of closing)
