Save your money.The standard SA pike leaders have the same twist system for a lot less money. I've used the SA leaders but prefer the knotable wire tippet over a solid wire leader for flies.
will get something hesle i already have a few pike leaders..but i taught mabe those could do the job..i gues some other way to go might be a better choice.
I have a few of the Haywires and also use the knottable tippet. They're OK if I remember to use them.
At the end of the day, I consider pike to be an occupational hazard and don't use a bite guard. I make sure I bring some extra flies and the barbs are pinched.
