Haven't used him for fish, but I heard Rob Reinhart (spelling?) of renfrew is good. He did a deer mount for me and a lot of buddies. I have seen his fish mounts and they look good to me.
What is your getting mounted? Pic?

31.5 by 20.....weighed 14.3 the next day dry and frozen.....on the ice we figured near 15.....
This was one impressive fish.
