Bird-Addict,
we had 3 (bald) eagles fledge on Wolfe Lake this year in a big white pine on Whitefish Island...from the same nest. It was wild to watch them, especially the clumsy first practice flights and crash landings. They grow really quick, and are quite massive...all chocolate brown for the youngsters. It's always a thrill to catch sight of the adults; something I don't get tired or take for granted.

Another really nice shot.
Seems like lots of us have had the privilege of seeing these awesome birds while we're out on the lakes.
