This camera is in 6' of water and with the amount of silt is probably displaying about a 3' window of the walleye route.
It's interesting to note that the fish approach current laterally rather than head on and follow slight depressions in the bottom.
The Wolf river is one of the premier fishing systems in the state, flowing through the middle of farm land with a great deal of shore development all along its meandering travels.
What a great tool to discover walleye habits. The temperature trigger of course sets the stage.
Much can be discovered with these types of opportunities.
I can only imagine what the view would be like in a clear water situation if there is so much going on within 3'. What could you observe with 10 -15' of clarity?
