Hello, need a little help of these bodies of water which would be the best choice for a weeks fishing in the summer. Baptiste/Elephant, Paudaush or Limerick lake also if you have a name of a decent place to stay.
Thanks in advance

I have fished Elephant/Baptiste annually for the last few years, and find them to be productive lakes.
Cottagerentals247.com is the website I rent from. They have cottages available on all of these lakes, and many more in the Bancroft area, and are a pleasure to deal with, from my experiences anyways.
Elephant is loaded with bass, lm and sm, and musky, although my biggest musky, a 51", was caught in Hay Bay in Baptiste.

Thanks for the reply, I did book a week on Baptiste. Alot of water to cover in 1 week. It's part of the fun figuring out a new lake or lakes.
Baptiste
I would pick Baptiste & Elephant both have good bass fishing for both large and smallmouth. The chance of a surprise Muskie is always a treat.
Walleye can be good on Elephant My best tactic is heavy equipment and ripping bucktails in the heavy cabbage weeds, you would be surprised how well this can work even on a bright afternoon.
When bass fishing Baptiste work a little further out from shore you will find old logs on the bottom.I really ticked off two bass boats fishing a tournament one morning as I out fished them badly. They were twitching topwaters too close to shore and didn t realise what structure was under there boats.

Thanks for info. guys.
I'll make some notes to take with me.
I make my own senko style baits and spinner baits, now I'm working on making grub and worm molds and plan to fish as much as possible using my own lures this year, won't always be possible but whenever possible I'm going too.
Thanks again
