Is this smoker of yours new? My neighbors got their smoker 2 yrs ago and love it. They've smoked turkey and even ham. Both are great.
I think they've even done beef jerkey in it.

Wolfe, I've grown up eating smoked meat and love it. I've recently been playing around with different spieces of fish and flavors. No failures yet.

If governments and the like did half as much work and fleshed out half the issues we seem to hack at here, could you imagine the results.

I respect all of your opinions and ideology even though I may disagree in principle. Statistical data can be skewed in favour of any position and/or perspective. I'm old enough to know that it is the people you meet along the way that's important.

This site has somehow attracted some of the finest frost-bitten Canadian and American people around and I for one want to keep it that way. So here's our mission. Let's get out and enjoy the great out of doors regardless of our ideology. And Marcus, why are you bothering with Cormorants when I saw a honkin' great wild Turkey near Andy's Corners a week ago!
