How to put line on a baitcasting reel?

I got a BPS Extreme light reel with a 7' MH rod. I was using a really light lure and i didn't really know what to do when i was casting. Im gonna eep on tryin :D

Hey Cam, well see what i reccomend u do...is take the rod, and shove it right up ur butt!

To learn you should start out with a heavy lure (1/2 oz or more). Casting light lures is much harder.
