mark my staement was a wish as many others to have the second rod the same as hundreds of other stakeholders in the st clair area. theres no sense carrying this any further as this thread has gone beyond any re proach. your attacks on the sportsman are not warranted. if one is following mnr laws there really is no issue whether it be fishing muskies on the ottawa to southern ontario.. southern ontario fishermen and woman nothing to defend because they have done nothing wrong. its a free country and thank god we still have rights.

Guys - I have a lot of respect for your knowledge - I certainly don't have anywhere near the experience but as an amatuer - no chance I am giving you guys a penny when you are throwing darts at one another... just silly.

I really really really don't like the way this has got personal.

There is a lot of good messages in here , whether you agree with them or not, that get blurred by the drama.

I have no interest in the personal accusations because they have no value except to the person hurling them, and are potentially quite damaging to the target. Hawk Talk will not be used as a vehicle for damaging other anglers reputations and businesses.

You guys have to realize that there are a ton of people reading this and many of them know who you are - you're not just a username. And if you already realize it than give yourself a shake. There are no winners in a back-and-forth exchange of accusations - only losers.

I'm not sure there is more useful info that can be added to the two rod debate. This thread is a lock.
