Must have been one of those unlucky days.

You know...the ones where your camera holds 10 pics and after you've snapped a picture of 2 crappie, a carp, 2 bullheads, 4 suckers and a goby....you land a 7 pound smallie.

Hate when that happens.

First of all, the pic of ONE (the only pic I got) is at home in a photo album. I will dig it out again and post it when I visit my parents during Christmas.

Second of all, the picture is garbage. You can see the fish but the picture does it no justice. I was alone in a paddle boat (haha yeah, not the infamous bass boat) on a small Muskoka Lake at 4AM, while it was still dark. It was about 5 years back so I didn't have a digital, just a disposable film camera.

The picture has been much debated on every site I ever posted it on, that's why I don't mention it much. Those who truly know will look at the comparison of the buzzbait (a full oz buzzbait which I was throwing for pike at the time) to the fishes' mouth. But most people look at the comparison of my hand to the fishes' body, which is an unfair comparison because of the angle I'm holding it at.

Anyways, I will post it when I dig it out at home. Although if you look around I'm sure you will find it somewhere on the net.

BBR, I remember the picture you're speaking of. Your "buzz bait defence" brought back a chuckle.

I dont' remember a debate though. Everbody seemed to agree about it's true size. Save yourself further frustration and leave the photo in the album.

cassie, as funny as your trying to be, at least BBR posts informative articles that relate to fishing.

he adds more to this website than many members on here....

(even though he has a magical bass boat that produces seven pounders at will  )

Why is it that people always do not have pictures of the biggest fish they say they caught. No offense, i think this Big Bass guy posted pictures of gobys.
