Prop Repair?

Post by bamboozler »

Hi there,

I was out fishing last summer and happened to go over a shoal.

My 3 blade, 25 pitch off of an Alpha one mercruiser was damaged, but it still looks fixable.

I've since replaced the prop, but i'm wondering if anybody knows a good place to get it repaired...and reasonably priced.

Thanks in advance,
Ro

prop repair

I had my prop and skeg repaired at Bells in Perth. I would expect different props with have different costs but my 13 pitch (50Honda) outboard prop cost me about $90 to repair. I had also taken off most of my skeg and that was definately more expensive but they did a really good job on replacement.

I used Marc Marine in Gatineau for my 13.35 X 15 off a 115 Merc and it cost me $80.00.

Great service, great job. I'd use them again.
