Lowrance X85

Good Day All

I just purchased a new to me boat that came equipped with a Lowrance X85, does anyone know if I can just swap out the head unit with a newer one that does color and possible GPS?
I assume I cannot but I just was wondering if anyone knew for sure?

yes you can do that.

it shows transducer compatibility for lowrance products. The folks at LEI extras can answer all of your questions (they provide support for lowrance in canada).
