ROTATING VISES

I'm getting my fly tying gear together and I want to get a good rotating vise not to expensive. I have in mind the Danville vise. Have any of you used it and are you satisfied with it's performance? I've only seen this vise as a clamp-on is there a base that would fit it? thanks
