Greendrake in Ottawa is stocking their brown trouts at champlain in the Ottawa on Monday June 24th. You can buy a fish to stock yourself, or watch the fish being stocked. It is 25 big ones if you want to watch though. I can't make it but if you're interested it's a good cause for the Ottawa!

Today is June 24 th... Was the stocking today or is it on Monday the 27th ?

The release went pretty well. 900 juvenile browns (8-10") were released along with 24 breeders (~23").

I was there,,,,,,,,,,it did went well ,,,,,,,,,a lot off childrens,,,,,,,,and some
people felt in the water,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,

nice outcome,,,,,,,,,,i was just beside the kenauk truck,,,,did not went in the river,,,did toke a picture wit a nice big trout,,,,,, ,,,,,,

and by the way,,,,we went there this morning and caught 4 nice browns,,,(2guys),right there but about 200 feet frome there,,,,,,,,(((4.30am))


but there was some big one ,,,,,,,in that truck ,,,,,,,,

can t wait to go back,,,,,,

there was 3 different size table in that truck,,,,,,,,

8-10 inch,,,,,,,a bit bigger,,,,,and BIG,,,,,,,,,

because the one we caught was all betwen,,,,,,,9 and 12 inch,,,,but there still some frome the previous years,,,,,,, i hope

because the ontario mnr dont approve this because they say browns are notnative to the ottawa river,,,,,,,,,so its 2/3 monney is frome the quebec gouvernement,,,,,,and the rest frome orvis sponsership,,,,,,,,and donation,,,,and adopte a trout thing and all,,,,,,
