Ottawa Flyfishers Society & Ottawa Women Fly Fishers Open House:

Where: Champain Park, corner of Clearview & Cowley, off Island Park Drive.

When: 6:30 pm

Learn more about the OFS/OWFF, flyfishing, conservation. Try you hand at casting a flyrod with expert instruction. Meet with local retailers, the MNR, the Bing Resort. Network with local flyfishers and find out about locations, techniques, and gear. Win a door prize

All are welcome and admission is FREE!

Just wanted to say thanks to Fishboy for the invite..It was nice to put a face to the handle all this time. It was nice to meet you and Todd B after all this time.

That was a cool event...

Fishboy showed me some casting tips. The woman also helped me with some technique as well.. and I got to practice casting until my arms hurt.

I will also put my door prize to good use!

Hopefully we'll get out for a fish sometime soon. Thanks again!

It was great to see you there Akira. The event was the most successful Open House since the OFS began the annual tradition.
