There's plenty of food available at the grocery store. We should think about realsing our future resourses.

Funny Markus
I enjoy a good feed of Superior Coaster Brookies myself, the bigger the better.
OK I take that back, that's asking for it.
I've never eaten crap, and the perch I've had was commercial and prebattered, so I'd have to say I enjoyed the perch.

Now there's an old school response. Who the heck even fishes those anymore?? FFF I had my first feed of whites as a shore lunch last summer and I gotta say I enjoyed the fish, not very much taste to them I found so I guess they could be flavored any old way you want.

I'm catchin more perch than crappie so i'll have to go with perch

Probably perch.. but when I eat fish it's usually a mix of crappie/perch, so either one is good to me!

Moosebunk this guy plans on fishing for them, and as you say not much flavour to them, sound like Halibut? That's me old school fish and chips, greymist just rolls her eyes when I say" tastes too much like fish" when she cooks Salmon. Any other fishers who aren't really a big fan of fish?

Perch first, Bluegill second, and Crappie would be third since the meat is lighter and less firm. I enjoy getting into a suspended school of Crappie through the ice as they cruise by though. Some of my finest night fishing experiences have come from the night time Crappie bite!

Yummm....nothing like a feast of perch!
My last batch I did up in some cajun blacken spices right from New Orleans...courtesy of my Sister-in-law who visited in December.
It sure was tastey!
