Oh oh. Walleyeboy is stirring the pot.
Reminds of a management technique they practice here at work. We call it Seagull management. The way it works is, a manager flies in late to a meeting, craps all over all of the ideas, and then swoops out again before he can be assigned any responsibilities or action items.

The only fish (in my opinion of course) that fights the same all of the time and pound for pound fights the hardest is catfish.
I've had muskie and walleye and pike that were like bringing in wet laundry and I've had the opposite as well where they fight so hard I can't tell what they are until I get a visual.
Now the only fish I have had jump out of the water really high have been muskie. I was fishing with Kingmann one day and the thing came right up to the side of the canoe, jumped right out of the water level to Kingmann's head and spit the lure out right at him, and it was a small muskie too. I have also witnessed a very large muskie due the same as well. But alas not all of my muskie catches have produced the same exciting memories.
Why would that be?

Reminds me of my college days and the ladies. I pondered the same problem.

Hoover, you're not dead?!

How are you eyes after seeing the sun shine after the last few weeks. I thought you have been kindnapped and tied up (not so bad if you are with Markus' predisclosed ladies).

I say Muskie with SM a close second. I love watching a 30"+ Skie jump 3 feet out of the water while hitting a spook!
I love the tail dance of a SM though!

A tail hooked humpback whale.
Those chrome chinook's,that hit at 30 mph, then rip off 200 + yrd's of 20 lb mono, only to stop on a dime, then run straight at the boat, are tough to beat.
In salt water,Mako sharks, with their 7 ft jumps are tops in my books.
