That's some nice walleye fishing. Tried shore fishing for splake the 1st weekend of November in the upper Madawaska valley and didn't get a bite.

Nice video. My fall fishing wasn't very good this year. My hope is that ice fishing will be good this winter.

I think that I stopped fishing this fall at around that time. Maybe a week later. Inconsistant weather made things tougher than usual this year. Now onto ice fishing. I hope to get out on the ice very soon!

Nice scenery and very nice fishing. What river is that ( if you don’t mind me asking)? Seems to be quite wild and remote. I would love to catch some crappie like those ones, I understand that can be very nice fishing when you find them. One more thing ( since you’Ve mentioned ice fishing, do you have any lure or bait recommendations for walleyes ?

Thanks kingofbeasts!
I fish many rivers in the Ottawa/Outaouais area, so in this video you saw the Ottawa, Rideau, Gatineau, and Lièvre rivers.
Yes crappies are difficult to locate year round and that's a big reason why I like to target them.
I went ice fishing today for the first time this ice season.
My buddy and I limited out on walleyes in a couple hours of fishing.
We were using minnows that were back hooked on a small, red, treble hook.
