hey guys, i know some of the launches on the ottawa are still iced in, but whats the deal....
municipal website says that they don't open until the long weekend in may, but the best crappie fishing is now!!!

Can we use them before that, and park as we would in the summer.
lets say....rockland, or wendover, etc?

You can use them now.

The floating docks that extend the launches are probably not in and won't be until the end of May. So you won't have them to tie off too but putting the boat in wouldn't be an issue at either launch you mentioned.
