Bait near Alfred, Lefaivre, Plantagenet?

Does anyone know if there is someone in that area selling bait? So far I have found Charly's in Rockland and a shop in Hawkesbury to be the closest to that area

There used to be a guy at the boat launch in Wendover. At the end of Du Quai.
