Double checking

Just want to be sure I have read the Ontario Fishing Regulations correctly -- I will be fishing in Clear, Opinicon, Newboro, Indian, Upper Rideau lakes from May 19-24. According to the 2016 Fishing Regulations, it is "one line per angler." That also includes trolling in any of those lakes, correct? Thanks for your time.
