I finally did it boys!! I caught my first decent musky of the year, the one i caught about two weeks ago was barely pushing 25 inches, i thought i was reeling in a pike before i saw that it really was a musky. This one put up a great fight, when it hit i knew i had a musky on right away. It jumped out of the water a few times before i could land it, cured my hangover in seconds!! I didn't even bring a net today, i took it out of the water for a quick pic and didn't even put it on the ground for a measurement. It only took a few seconds to revive before it bolted right out of my hands, its still there to fight another day!

SahWeet pattern on its side! Pound for pound, the muscle power of that guy feels like twice the power of a pike the same size!!

Thanks guys, it looked pretty beat up from the spawn and had some odd markings on it but nonetheless it was a great catch. Can't wait to hit up that spot in the fall for the big girls!
