Where it all started, DAD The bass fishermen!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Like father like son, or should I say "like son, like father." ?!

Whichever, you both know how to land the whoppers!

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

I am reminded that age and treachery beat youth and skill every time. 8) And I take great comfort in that, believing it to be true. (And don't any of you young farts go and rain on an old guy's parade, OK? )

Good for you, and good for your father! My Dad no longer fishes because of some fairly significant health challenges, but he is still with us and in fact today is his 84th birthday. And as I said on another post recently, my sons very rarely fish with me any more. So HOPEFULLY in future years my sons will decide to haul their cranky, creaky old man along with them from time to time.

And that's one beauty bucketmouth!
