Figured I'd make a quick report of my first ice fishing trip this season (Bay of Quinte) .. was out lastnight for an hourish before dark .. I went 3 for 5... a 3,4 and 8 pounder .. I took quick pictures on my iphone with no intentions on making a post so sorry for it being such low quality .. can't wait to hit up the ice again .. Be cautious and check your own ice. Take care and Be safe out there. Goodluck.
Hey, way to go. Where abouts on the BoQ were you, my cottage is down by Shermans point and I hope to get out during the x-mas break. Haven't got an ice report from down there yet. Lookin forward to icing some wally's

Redmandant, I was fishing Belleville area, it was my first time out that way at this spot. Sherman's point is about 5 minutes away on my street but I don't know if there are people starting to fish it yet, I'm sure there is but the last I heard was that the ice along the shore is very sketchy still.
