The Fishing Wall..year in review.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

The Fishing Wall..year in review.

Post by Mike P »

After last year`s ice season, my better half came to terms with she was losing ground on enlarged fishing photo`s mysteriosly being hung in various rooms though-out our house...livingroom was her decor choices. Knowing she couldn`t break the addiction she decided to help it and gave me permission for...`The Fishing Wall`...in the livingroom.

Feeling under pressure at the time I decided I would fill this wall with open water pictures from this season of my favourite fish caught from Algonquin Park to Lake Ontario and everywhere in between. Along the way, I was able to fish 34 different bodies of water, break 6 PB`s, fished with old friends and new, and most importantly enjoyed every second of it.

Believe me when I say, myself and fishing partners fish in every condition. Definately not all sunny calm days. Determination paid off in spades this year and I had one of my best fishing year`s ever.

Started this fishing quest the first week of March, bobbing around amongst the ice flows of Lk Ont. My year only got better and here is some pictures from this season in random order, some old some new.

This season I`ve shared many a boat trip, some with the likes of Hook-n-Shoot, Sniper, Billy Bones, SMO5, Fatluke, Plncrzy, Jason B. Many of great outings fellows, I`d share a boat with you`s anytime.

I can only sum up my year as being one of my best to date. If I could relive this season every season, I would die a happy man.

Here it is...my Fishing Wall...in the livingroom! :D

Unbeleivable pictures Mike, great pictures and great spending time with you. I know you will have more years like it because
you're the hardest working fisherman I know. Still love that BASS hat!!!

Here's a couple more for you.

Atta boy Mike...nice fish....even better wall. One thing though. Keep your kid out of my spot  Is he ever big now. That is probably your best catch ever though. Again nice year.

What a great round-up of pics from this season Mike. It's been a pleasure reading about your adventures on the soft-water this year, you connected with some serious fish! Can't wait to see what the winter brings ya. I'm sure the ice bug is starting to set in :)
