I made a Really Really Big Mistake Tonight !!!!!!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

It's really hard to know if your being sarcastic or not.....but if you are'nt, getting skunked or having less than favorable results on public access lakes is a given.

Did you atleast get some bird shots?

if you caught fish every time then it would be called catching instead of fishing.

Hi, sounds to me like your complaining about the advise 24/7 gave you not the lake. Although this hot weather will play with mind and fishing, perhaps another time would have produced better results. McGregor is a very big lake and yes it is easily accessible to all. If you want to catch bass try Lac Bernard. It also has great pike fishing.
Best of luck on your next outing. :)

Access to Lac Bernard

Post by Daner »

Hi,
I just received a message from one of our members - High Noon.
He is looking for public access to Lac Bernard.
I can't think of any other than private as I have always used a friend's of a friend. Does anyone know how to access/launch to the lake?
Thanks.

Funny BA... by the title of the thread, I thought I was going to give you my recipe of how to get hookers blood out of the trunk of the car.

Then I saw that it was only you trying in vain to get fish out of MacG.

Yer nuts.

Not even their world famous trophy sized rock bass?
