the lakers we were catching were hitting really hard and like you had to get a really hard quick hook set or they were gone...They fought two ways I found...they sat on the bottom and didn;t move as it felt like a snag and when we got the boat back over to the "snag" fish it took off on a long run...Or they just head shook like crazy and pulled to the bottom. It was really fun

Great post woodhouse.
Cant wait to see those last three fish you talk about.
Where abouts were you fishn that still has Ice?
Walleye man lakers are the shiz. If you have em at your camp Id learn how to fish them. When they wanna fight..............
they take line off your reel like candy from a baby and the head shakes are awesome.
Oh and dont fish them with light gear(2 shimano reel drags killed and 1st place snowmobile gone
