Hey Mates I am looking for a fishing lodge to take my 80 year old Mother to.
She is an artist and wants to take photos for her paintings. (sallydurie.com) and fish.. must have good fishen.. I was looking at Crotch lake... waiting for an e-mail response to see if they take dogs.
We are in Oakville but will travel.. Walleye, bass pike.. love them all.
Any help.. suggestions would be great.

There are a couple of Lodges at the south end of the lake, I'm familiar with Tumblehome and assuming your mother is mobile it shouldn't be an issue. Not 100% sure but I don't think they take dogs.
It has all 3 species of fish you are interested in and the area is primarliy crown land with only a few cottages. Very picturesque.
Good luck.

Crotch Lake is very nice, just came back from a 5 days fishing trip there. We caught alot of bass even if we were trying for walleye. But we were 3 boats, 6 guys and we only caught 11 walleye during our 5 days stay.
