Hi, just got in from doing two other functions. It was a great morning working with the crew. We only got a fraction of what was floating around out of our reach. This is the first clean-up I've participated in. What an eye opener. I can't belive the amount of styrofoam polluting the landscape. Small pieces to large chunks, one of which can be seen in front of the picture with the tire. Plastic bottles were another big number item. Like Joco said, stuff was found well off the path, obviously thrown there, not just wind drift or flood movement.
Looking forward to next year, will bring a net to help reach those floating bits.
Thanks again to everyone for making this a succesfull project.

I am still trying to figure out how a light bulb finds it's way to the middle of the bush and doesn't end up broken???
By the way nice set of HOOTERS!!!!!!!

If you have seen the movie Dumb and Dumber you will get this!!!
Was nice meeting a few new Fish-Hawkers!!!!!

Just want to add my "WELL DONE" to the group that Sylvie and I had the pleasure of working with this morning. It was a very enjoyable morning even with the disgusting amount of garbage we found. We could have easily doubled our collection if not for the high water levels we were confronted with.
The company was great and it was good to put faces to names. Well done to Joco for the idea and organization of the event. We will be there next time whenever that may be.

WOW, thanks to a handful of hardworking, caring people, THIS pile of literal trash is now out of the water and surrounding land:
To all who gave of their time and effort: job (very) well done!
THANK YOU!
And BA, that is a neat pic of a Great Horned owl and "owlet". Lucky you to see them. Apparently, the little guy has spotted you.
